My first time in Times Square! Maybe this is considered a world wonder too, (at least for some people). My grandparents took me to New York City, and it was so cool to see the big screens and all the colors. It sure was crowded though and there was lot of hustling and bustling. It was hard to get around trying to squeeze in between people, especially at crosswalks. To be honest, it was very overwhelming, but it was worth it. Definitely worth it.

This was the new Ground Zero building in progress of being built. It was such an emotional experience to be standing in the place where it all really happened. It was actually kind of weird to realize that that’s where you really were, right there. I wish I could go back, now that the memorial is now open to the public. 9/11 has always been an emotional event for me, even though I was never there to experience it full-hand, but it has also always been SO fascinating to me (don’t ask me why). It’s been emotional in the way that you just know that that’s where thousands of lives were lost, and it made you just want to cry and pray at the same time while you were standing there. Pray for the families that had lost loved ones on that horrible day. It was also emotional while you were looking up at the  new building and just imagining those old buildings and how marvelous they looked before they came a crashing down.

This was one of my very cute pictures that I took while I was helping my friend foster some kittens in Oregon. They were so much fun to play with.

One of the places that I would love to go to: The Titanic Memorial located in Ireland. I have always been so in love with Titanic’s story, and not just the movie. It’s just a lovely story (well… except the part where the ship sinks). The part in the movie where they depict the sinking is always such a heartbreaking moment to see for me. But the part that fascinates me is the fact of why and how it sank (besides of course the obvious) and the character Molly Brown, is always interesting to me. I went to her house on 5th Grade field trip, now of course it was made into a museum after she died. I never realized how special it was to be in her house until I look back on it. I hope that I can go again sometime.

One of my passions: Organizing. Yes indeed, it is one of my BIG passions. I will take my time out of any day to do it, because I LOVE doing it! The place I most enjoy cleaning is my room not that it’s ever messy, and I love combining the effects of cleaning AND organizing. I guess you could say it’s one of my hobbies. ^^

I love this place! Cannot stay out of it! I have a whole shelf of scents from there. My two favorite scents are Carried Away and Paris Amour. If I see the store, there’s no resisting going in there.

This expresses me so well! I am probably BY FAR the cleanest person in my ENTIRE family. I love to clean, it’s just so satisfying when you’re done, to see everything so sparkly shiny!

I went to San Francisco on my spring break of 2011, it was amazing! It was an enriching experience of tourism! Learning about the history of Alcatraz and actually being inside it kind of creeped me out, but it was SOOO cool! And going to The Castro was so heartwarming to learn about the gay history there. It was so wonderful to see all the rainbow flags and I loved shopping in the Human Rights Campaign store. I bought a bunch of stuff. I bought a real snazzy t-shirt, and a spiffy water bottle, and a shiny dog tag. It was such a fun trip!

My home country’s world wonder! I am from India, and hopefully I will be going back to this place in February and March of 2013 with my best friend.
